Dolby atmos logo missing from Netflix app

I have q60r tv with q90r soundbar.

Netflix app doesnt show Atmos logo. Only 5.1 is being shown but the soundbar display “dolby atmos” when i play dolby atmos movie. How to fix this?

have the same issue. i used to have it. atmos logos disappeared from netflix disney+ amazon .. couple weeks ago. q90t & hw-q900t

Same here. Q95t and q900t. Had Netflix Atmos Logo a week or so ago but no matter what I do I can only get 5.1 now

I have come through this Netflix help page, would you be able to try the steps listed there to see if that helps?

Yep same issue here, not sure when it disappeared tho.

Same issue with Q95T and HW-Q950A. Anyone found a fix?

Yeah, literally just now. Loaded up Netflix, went into sound settings on the TV, then expert and there it was set to PCM output with atmos enabled below. It needs to be Dolby+ but that wasn’t selectable only Dolby, so selected that and then held power on remote to do a full reset. When it came back on it allowed me to select Dolby+ and then Atmos was back!

This was just how I fumbled my way through, there may be a quicker way.
