Dear all, 

I have the following problem with the screen (see pic below) with SAMSUNG TV Q7: I tried to turn off/on tv, but problem is still there. Any idea?

How old is the TV
Do you still have warranty On it

My 2017 49" TV has these purple spots because Samsung never fixed that, but these lines... better contact Samsung Support.
