For some reason my TV is always discoverable for pairing. People can connect and it doesn't even prompt me to allow the connection or ask them to enter a pin code or anything. Just total free-for-all to connect and play whatever you want. From what I can tell there is no way to actually turn off the Bluetooth or at least prevent new devices from pairing. This is so frustrating, I don't want random people connecting to my TV and I don't think that is unreasonable.
