Hi my tv is often turned on with this message aerial cable disconnected
setting I have tried is
1) auto start last app
2) auto start Samsung hub
but message keeps appearing.
I am not interested in watching cable or terrestrial. I only watch streaming applications. This is really annoying.
model the frame 2022

I would be extremely interested in any fix as I like you have other TV including another Samsung which works perfectly
I can sign into apps but can’t watch normal channels like BBC, ITV etc and I am not really interested in Samsung TV Plus as I am not American
I have contacted my aerial man but not sure there is much they can do as aerials are working fine on all other TV

@Qaqqi: Do you power off your TV at the wall while not in use, or do you leave it in standby? If you are using applications that are installed on the TV itself (and not accessing them via an external device) then you should be able to head to Settings > General Smart Features, and select 'Autorun Last App' or 'Autorun Smart Hub'. I appreciate that you have tried this already, however if you are powering off at the wall, as per the above, then please try leaving the TV in standby, then powering on using the remote to see if your settings perform the preferred action.

I use the remote and standby. Seams like a faulty software bug, I don’t even have any tv cable connected
have also tried settings the as mentioned.

@Qaqqi: You may wish to try switching to a different Source, such as one of the HDMI sources, as it does appear as though the TV is defaulting to the 'TV' source. With a new source selected, does the issue persist? If so, are you leaving the relevant application open when you power off the TV, as this may be required in order for it to automatically launch the same app when the TV is powered back on.
