Intermittent pattern on OLED Tv

Posting this to help a friend. OLED TV less than 4 months old, just getting a feel for possible fault or other. Terrestrial aerial signal being used and fire stick. Intermittently the screen goes black and displays a moving coloured image, (see attached pics) sound of the. program still coming through, as soon as you press any key on remote control the picture returns to normal. Tried doing a auto tune and the fault appeared during tuning. Has not shown fault using fire stick. The ring top left is just a reflection of room light. The lights come on for a few seconds go off then come on in a different place and they move. Any suggestions before contacting supplier or Samsung.

Screen saver? Sorry, I'm not familiar with this model and its settings, but I'd check for any eco, display or power setting that might make, what looks like, a screen saver kick in. Apologies if wrong. Hopefully someone else can help?

thank you for quick reply, didn't think of that as a possibility, but I would have expected it to be constant, but this is more intermittent. I will go into menu when  next visit and check any settings. It does look like a screen saver type pattern. Thank you for contacting me.

Definitely the Samsung screen saver, it won’t appear when using the Firestick, only when in Samsung hub.

As I am old school, have seen info in manual about Samsung hub but not looked any further, We do not have tv at our home and these new style smart tvs  are a bit new to me. Will look into this a bit further and report back. Any further suggestions / help much appreciated. Regards Garry.

Good afternoon/morning, it certainly looks like screen saver, seen same image on another Samsung video. Not yet had a look at my friends tv and having read about smart hub cannot understand why this is happening while watching terrestrial tv with moving images. Maybe have more info after visit this weekend. Regards Garry.

Not had chance to infestigate further. Friends have not said it has shown again so when I have had another look at the menu will report back if solution found. I know that the screen saver cannot be turned off according to manual.
