Posting this to help a friend. OLED TV less than 4 months old, just getting a feel for possible fault or other. Terrestrial aerial signal being used and fire stick. Intermittently the screen goes black and displays a moving coloured image, (see attached pics) sound of the. program still coming through, as soon as you press any key on remote control the picture returns to normal. Tried doing a auto tune and the fault appeared during tuning. Has not shown fault using fire stick. The ring top left is just a reflection of room light. The lights come on for a few seconds go off then come on in a different place and they move. Any suggestions before contacting supplier or Samsung.
