**Help**

My Samsung TV is no longer playing videos whenever I try to access them via websites on the Web Browser within the TV.
UHD9000 series is my TV..
Does anyone have any tips on fixing this?

Please advise..

Thanks in advance!

Hi all and Samsung or whom it may concern,

Just want to say, if Samsung want to kepp this cheap switching and do what they want, they need to go back to their history and sel the fruits and vegtables!

They need to do survey in a huge range before start to launch this Sh*t!

I am not satisfied with them because I have had a really good moments before the new update!!!

This answer is trash! most modern web sites DON'T use Adobe Flash player to stream content anymore! This is a different issue!!

I just bought an expensive, new Samsung 50" Q60 series TV and discovered this (for me) serious lack of functionality which I expected as a basic ability of the internet app to reproduce video directly from web sites!!. I have to use my cellphone and mirror the screen to the TV! If I have to do this I could have saved myself the money and bought a basic TV!!

Samsung WAKE UP TO THE MODERN WORLD! and DON'T TELL ME IT's A SECURITY ISSUE or due to Adobe Flash. Please fix this issue and release an update to the browser software. I have a strong desire to RETURN the TV and ask for my money back!

Wow, has no one read the moderator's response?  "The web browser on your TV is unfortunately not compatible with Adobe Flash Player, which is required to steam video content. For streaming sites such as Youtube, Netflix etc please download the relevant application from the Smart Hub app store, although please be aware that if the app is not present in the store then it is not supported on your TV. "

Also streaming web content can be viewed using the internet app on the Q series TVs.

It also seems like you didn't read MY REPLY! The
content I want to stream IS NOT Adobe Flash
video...

This is a LAME response from the Samsung
moderator as Adobe Flash has been pretty much
discontinued on web sites in place of HTML5 and
other video formats.

I have just purchased the Smart TV, now all the websites are crashing. This is very disappointing. Even my mother's new Smart TV from Samsung is having the same issue. This is absolutely unacceptable. Unsure whether there would be a solution for this, since software wise it looks impossible.

Samsung please do something about this. This is utterly disappointing.
