It will never be fixed. It was broken deliberately. Things have gotten worse for me, as the Live/Catchup Player services of the two major broadcasters here in Ireland, RTE and Virgin Media, are no longer functioning on the Samsung browser as it's now technically obsolete. The Player App for the TV for RTE has ceased to function due to an RTE upgrade, and an onscreen message confirms this. RTE blame Samsung for not upgrading the app, but the fact is that Samsung Tizen OS and browser are not supportive of technology upgrades. There never was a Virgin Media Player App anyway, but the Browser used to work with the Web version, but not anymore. My Sony android TV and really old Apple TV box both upgraded their Apps to the new Players, and afaik all other TV OS and TV devices like Fire have upgraded. I've moved my Apple TV box to the Samsung set to get Player access on it. Apple TV box doesn't have a Browser though, so I can only access other Internet video content using a plugged in Laptop, or by casting from my phone browser, which is of poor quality. No more Samsung in the future, this is strictly the second set now till it dies someday, which is a shame as the Qled image is very good.
