Can't change channel

Samsung frame purchased Nov 2024. Switch on, click Guide on remote, choose different channel, select and TV returns to original channel. Channel Up/Down buttons don't work either.

No way of changing channel.

Turning off and on again several times resolved the issue.

Sorry to hear of your issues.

Are you using the Samsung Remote?

Sounds to me like the remote isn't correctly set for your TV. If you do a Google search on how to programme your remote control, locate the code and input it on the TV and hopefully that will get it to work correctly.

Alternatively you could reach out to Samsung Customer Services and request a replacement remote control?
