Dear all, I wonder if anyone could help me please, I bought a Samsung less than 6 months ago and suddenly it started to make this loud noise from the back of the TV and when turn the TV off the noise stays for about 20 seconds. I have contacted Samsung customer service and they have got me to run into circles for the last 4 weeks and still no solution, I eventually got an engineer appointment but he called today and said his company went out of business! I am at the end of my tether as Samsung customer service wants me to restart from the benign rather than sending another engineer, I want to know of a way to raise a complaint as it is unbelievable that a TV that is still in warranty and they are playing all these games with me any suggestions please
