Brand new NeoQLED QN90D what issue is this?

Hi bought new QN90D to be used as monitor. i am working with design and noticed this issue. Can you please help me to resolve what type of the issue is and how to deal with it ?  issue is most visible on clear backgrounds

Is the issue that screen turns white all the time ? Or is it something different?
If it's a brand new TV, you can return it back.

Yes i can explain, if you have closer look, you will notice wave like shadow around center of the screen. almost like screen has banded in waveform in some places. it does not get removed by any form of setting modification (brightness etc) it is more pronounced in reality, on image maybe it is less

Return the device for replacement if still in your cm cooling off period.

Call your retailer (did you buy it from Samsung.com?)

This is the heterogeneity of the display when it is manufactured, since TVs are not designed for close viewing, the requirements for uniformity are much lower than in monitors.
