BBC iPlayer not working on new 2020 Q700 series

Hi just got a new 2020 Q700 series 8k tv which works fine apart from the BBC iPlayer app won’t work . It has the latest firmware and other apps like Netflix, 4 etc all work . When I press the iPlayer icon the screen just goes black. Any ideas?

check the location settings on the tv setup, if you didnt put your postcode in,bbci may not know where you are,

Thanks after turning tv off and on it started working and been fine since. Not sure what happened but thanks for your reply!
