audio delay on bluetooth headset

Hello

since i bought my tv qled there is a delay in the audio in relation to the image in the bluetooth headset when i watch movies over the network cable that are on my computer through the app: plex.

I already reported this problem by phone.

I did an update yesterday, 1351.3, and it seems that they fixed this audio delay.
the problem is that the audio is now about 100 milliseconds ahead.

is it possible to fix this?
don't you think it is appropriate to provide a button for the user to make this audio delay correction on the bluetooth headset?

I’ve got The Sony WH-1000XM4 Bluetooth Headset. Only with this TV I get those lags all the time. No other pairing device has ever had such problems. 
This TV is the biggest purchase fail ever as this is not the only problem I have with it. 

also with all other Bluetooth headsets I have at home I have this problem only with this tv device.

An Update: Bluetooth Speakers (no Headset) work fine. Only headsets are the problem

I also have this problem. Tested the Sony WH-1000XM4 and other Bluetooth headphones with multiple Samsung smart TVs. It's horrible laggy. How can this happen. How can be such smart tvs released??

I am having extreme difficulty with latency issues I have an optical Bluetooth transmitter connecting to turtlebox Bluetooth speaker it has a serious delay. Previous Samsung TV add no noticeable delay. What is the fix If any? thank you

Have the same out of sync issue with Samsung Frame and Sony SBH24 BT receiver, JBL Tune 710BT and Sennheiser 450BT. Samsung's reply is utterly bs. TV set has a feature that is poorly designed and unusable.

Never again Samsung.
