I just recently noticed that my smart remote was not working as expected. E.g. It didn't show the correct % of battery left (I was aware about the problem for at least 18m but never cared about). I tried to solve it unpairing the remote but I can not pair it again. I have also confirmed that Bluetooth is not working as no speakers/headset is discovered from the TV.
I have made my own little research and it seems to be related to a 2022 faulty firmware update that affects to Bluetooth support. Many 2021/22/23 qled users are affected but Samsung does not solve the problem.
How are we supposedly to enjoy our products if a firmware update disables the remote??
Samsung also refuses to help me to downgrade the firmware...
