Hello

since i bought my tv qled there is a delay in the audio in relation to the image in the bluetooth headset when i watch movies over the network cable that are on my computer through the app: plex.

I already reported this problem by phone.

I did an update yesterday, 1351.3, and it seems that they fixed this audio delay.
the problem is that the audio is now about 100 milliseconds ahead.

is it possible to fix this?
don't you think it is appropriate to provide a button for the user to make this audio delay correction on the bluetooth headset?

thanks

is it possible that in the future there is an audio delay adjustment button on this TV model?

I have already called Samsung Brasil 2 times to talk about this problem.
there have already been 2 updates of my tv model and they have not heard corrections of this problem.

as you can see many people will see this topic, they probably have the same problem.

can you contact samsung brasil to ask for the correction of this problem?
maybe if you, who are technical, talk to them they will pay more attention to this problem.

thank you

There is a small audio delay noticeable between my Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and my Samsung smart TV model UN55HU8500F.  So this issue isn't specific to any one type of bluetooth device or any one type of Samsung smart TV.  Any audio stream leaving a TV requiring digitizing, transmitting, receiving and then processing again will have latency introduced.  There is no way around that.  So why not have an audio delay configurable for bluetooth devices like there is for Optical and HDMI-ARC?  Actually it would technically more have to be a picture delay than an audio delay but you get the idea.

I got a Samsung The Frame (QE50LS03TAUXXC) today and also have this issue. My Bluetooth headset (Sony WH-1000XM3) is completely unusably, unfortunately - the audio is delayed quite significantly. Audio delay in settings is turned to 0 and I experience no delay when not using the Bluetooth headset.

Yes, Britacey, that is indeed such a cop-out answer!  I'm here for the same reason -- trying to watch the finals of the US Open using first Sony and then Jabra BT headphones, and it's quite disorienting hearing the racket hit the tennis ball well after seeing the same.  What a  horrible flaw in television functionality!

I am so disappointed in my new and quite expensive Samsung TV, and don't even get me started on the people they have doing telephone support, who have no firsthand tech knowledge and recite things vaguely related to your issue in halting, English-as-a-third-language speech.

Thinking of trying a complicated workaround for this issue that would cost maybe $30-$40 US: buying an optical-to-Bluetooth transmitter box and hooking it up to the TV.  Anyone tried this yet?

This Is a garbage answer Samsung. If you already allow for a manual control for audio delay then why can you not make the same adjustment when using Bluetooth.

I tested a few Bluetooth speakers and I found delay problems with the older iHome but not the newer Punkers.

I believe it is really just the Bluetooth versions or the ADDA problems.
