A different type of Banding on a new Samsung Oled TV

Got this yesterday and it was only on certain images/video you could see the faint banding that's rather like how the grass is cut on a football match.

It's a QE55S95BATXXU MODEL

Does anyone know what this is, and if it can be repaired and how much it would cost?

If you look at it close...say where the time 14.01 is and it covers the full height of the screen.
There are more across the whole screen like that.

Samsung Support took all the details and told me this was a Backlight Leakage problem.  I told them that this is not supposed to happen on OLED's.  Does anyone agree?

Currently waiting for them to come back as I wanted to know if it can be fixed? If so, what's the cost? What parts are needed. Would they do it?

Also I stated that if this was a known and "acceptable norm" issue, which they said, then where is the Technical Statement about this in their Marketing Materials that explains these Rectangles?

This is in my opinion a Manufacturing Fault, potentially heading for Trading Standards, if we don't get a fix.

Nobody here helped so attribution for the forum.

Long hours spent with Samsung and unsatisfactory solution from them.
Raised a refund with the supplier and complained to Samsung for the poor way they handled the situation and some, but not all, poor staff on support.

New LG Tv now on the way.
