I can't move in the settings menu

Hey @aliuzun6161 ,

 

thanks for this video. Have you checked the remote to see if this operating correctly? If not, I would like you to tr this:

 

1. Change the remote batteries.

2. Can you try to check the infrared on your remote? You can check to see if it is working by using a digital camera (including the one on your phone) following these steps:

 

-Turn your camera on then, aim the remote at the lens of the camera. This should be from fairly close.

-Press a button on remote, and check the image on the screen of your camera. You should be able to see the infrared eye light up or flash if the remote is sending a signal.

 

3. Download our SmartThings app on your phone so you can use this as a remote and see if you are able to access this while you are using this instead of your TV remote.

smartthing app doesn't work

I even attached a keyboard to the TV

 

the problem did not improve even though I reset the TV related

 

I had to do the setup with the smartthings app after resetting

That might means that the issue is with the remote. Is the TV operative when you control it using SmartThings on your phone? When and where did you purchase the TV?
