Hello everyone, i have a problem with the now tv app installed on my smart tv uhd 7190, that is the vod of some categories do not work. the video freezes almost immediately and only the audio remains. I tried to restore the tv to factory settings but i did not solve it, the now customer support service has an open ticket for over a year but it does not seem to be working because so far i have never had updates. has it ever happened to any of you, even on other smart tv models?
