My frame tv sensor was working fine, then I installed the official bezel which severely impacted performance. I called Samsung, did a video assessment, they confirmed it was all installed correctly, then told me my only option was to pay Samsung to send an official installer. Absolute jokers.

The motion sensor is far less sensitive. I basically have to walk up to the tv for it to see me and without the bezel it triggered when I entered the room. It’s the correct bezel installed correctly, I’ve even done a video call with Samsung support.
it seems a known issue online and Samsung are simply choosing to ignore/deny it.
