Samsung hospitality  tv ..problem with volume  on tv mode .....not coming on ......no sound ...went onto standalone mode still no sound on normal tv ..how do I turn it on ..

in order to provide you with the right information, can I take your TV model code and software version? Is this affecting all the channels and do you have any external devices connected to it? You can find the TV model at the back and the software version from the TV Settings> Support> About this TV/Contact Samsung.
