Samsung 85" Q70D backlight bleeding

Just got this 85 inch TV today. Massive backlight bleeding, worst I've ever seen - and I've had many Samsung TVs. Contacted support, they said this is "normal". Is this really normal?

I bought the 75 inch 70D and have like that but maybe 30 % less than that and Wonder if its okay. I think they Will say it is okay

Still waiting for Samsung service to call me about this and book something or tell that this is okay amount. You got som updates?

This looks like the same problem that I’m having. TV is only two weeks’ old!
