@James21: It's difficult to suggest the settings for a definitive 'best picture', as this can vary depending on what you're watching, and on the light in the viewing environment. What I'd recommend is heading to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode, and exploring your options from here, as well as Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, and have a play around with the available options (Brightness, Contrast etc). It can often come down to personal preference, so take the time to make the adjustments, and I'm confident that you'll get the results that you're after.
