When I use shift + 6 to get a question mark my keyboard case provides a ^ instead. I also get an @ instead of quotation marks when using shift + 2 even though shift + 1 gives an !. How do I chose which symbol I get with this shortcut as each key appears to have multiple and how do I get a question mark^

Thanks in advance!

@Morgan10: Please can you confirm where you're based, as the keyboard layout can vary from region to region. On the UK keyboard cover, quotations are accessed via Shift + 3, while the question mark is Shift + / . Hope this helps.

I am located in Canada. Looking at the symbols that appear on the keys, the question mark is above the 6 and the quotation mark is above the 2. Thank you

Therre's a chance it may not be one that's correct for your region (as @AndrewL mentioned, our @ symbol is above the right shift key and speech mark on the number 2). I recommend getting in touch with the retailer for a replacement or refund.

I have the same problem.  The ? character is SHIFT + E (with the accent).

Same problem in that I purchased from Bestbuy Canada.

I have taken to marking the keys with the appropriate characters.

Just for reference:

# is the 3 key

\ is the << >> key

/ is the <> key

^ is the 6 key

/ and ? is the E key
