Hi, my daughter needs to be able to unlock our Samsung S9 FE+ tablet after power-up but she cannot do so. I think I have to do it because I am the primary user. This is very inconvenient as she has the tablet and is away from home.
I bought the tablet about 4 months ago so I guess it is on the latest version of android.
I have googled this problem and others have recognised it as very inconvenient. Am I correct in thinking our options are:
Is there any other possibility such as changing her account type in Settings?
Any suggestions or explanation would be very helpful. I don't know whether this problem is generic to Android or specific to Samsung devices?
