Hi, my daughter is using a Tab S9+ at school where the teachers send their lesson material through on OneNote. When she zooms in by pinching, any embedded graphics lose their quality and becomes blurred (it is similar on a laptop using Office 365). I have suggeste it may be the poor quality of the teacher's source material but my daughter says the quality is much better on her friend's Microsoft Surface Pro. Can anyone help with any settings I should be applying or offer any advice? Thank you.

Is the teacher uploading material in a suitably high quality? If the same issue appears on a laptop my guess is no.

That's what I was thinking too but my daughter assures me that when the teacher or friend zooms in then the graphic is clear.

I got the following answer from the Samsung technician but I don't know how to 'right click' on the tablet app:

1. Right-click on the OneNote icon and select "Properties".
2. In the "Compatibility" tab, under "Settings", check the box next to "Override high DPI scaling behavior".
3. Select "System (Enhanced)" from the dropdown menu.

Load of rubbish that answer. If the upload is still ***** quality then that setting would still show low quality
