Grey bar at the top of the page that won't go away

What is this freaking grey bar that won't go away? How do you get rid of it?

@brokenvulture: This could possibly be the result of you toggling on 'Full screen in Split screen view'. If you to disable this feature, does this remove the grey bar?

You need to 'Exit DeX'. That will make that bar go away.
