S10FE+ Keyboard Cover cursor control

Hi All.

I have recently purchased a new S10FE+ Tablet & received a keyboard/cover as part of the offer.

I have been unable to find much info about using the keyboard, particularly it's lack of trackpad. Online chat was next to useless & I am at a loss about whether I need to buy a Bluetooth mouse or if there is some secret way to move the cursor via the keys. (I did read a post which mentioned a long press of space bar? 

Also on the product page of Samsungs website it shows a photo with the C key having directional arrows almost suggesting its capable, but my keyboard does not have these arrows?

Any help would be appreciated.

No, you use the track pad as the mouse.

If it does have a track pad , that is the mouse. If there isn't one, then you probably need a mouse. It would be helpful if you could give the model name

Hi Voodooride, only from your well put comment, it made me look closer at Samsung ad for the free keyboard, from the image (look at the link within the order page) zoom into the image displayed on the link to claim the keyboard, the one shown has a trackpad. We've been Samsunged, I feel this is false advertising. I've taken screenshots and will be raised this as a false representation. Thanks

Samsung tablets let you use either the space bar as a trackpad or a Bluetooth mouse. The space bar's free, but it's not very precise and only works for typing. A Bluetooth mouse is better and more useful, but it costs extra and you have to carry it around. What you choose depends on how often you use it, what you're doing, if you use DeX mode, how portable you need it to be, and how much you wanna spend.

Thank you. How exactly do I use the space bar?!!! Do I have to assign anything or set it up? I thought I'd tried everything! When I first opened the cover & connect the tablet & keyboard, I briefly see the cursor, then it dissappears.....nothing i touch/swipe etc seems to move the cursor.

I hadn't noticed tbh! Only the C key with it's arrows that mine doesn't have!!!!

EF DX620 I believe. It is the slim keyboard cover they are advertising as a promotional item

Sorry...are you referring to the space bar on the tablets screen keyboard? Or the actual physical keyboard which is part of the cover attached to the tablet?
