the sensor is not responding. I tried to reset fingerprints but it says "fingerprint sensor is not working" My device is powered off every night. up to date and physically clean.
@AndrewL It won't even run the test right away says "action require, try restarting your tablet and running the test again. if the fingerprint sensor still doesn't work call customer service" well guess that means its very much broken
So the fingerprint scanner has magically fixed itself. After MONTHS of it not working it suddenly just works. I dont know if it has anything to do with the Samsung Members app, does it help update things? repair things? I have no clue, no updates that I know of, but it suddenly works and has no error just says normal.
