Flight mode or WiFi off

Morning campers , I leave my Tab s5e in its case in a draw whilst I'm at work , I only use it when I'm home , should I leave it on flight mode or just toggle WiFi off to have the least stand by drain ?? Thanks

It dropped 1% in 7 hours on airplane mode so I think that's ok lol

Yes using Airplane mode the best option, think has been proven.  whilst specifically talking about phones this article suggests better than switching on and off.   http://concourse.gogoair.com/airplane-mode-saves-battery-power-air-ground/
