Samsung push for people to use the shop app but I find using a tall and prefer to order from other sites after trying and failing to buy from the Samsung shop.
Latest issue is trade in not applying to final price. Example here
And I tried clearing cache on app and now basket screen is blank, product screens are blank and previous orders screen is blank. Tried reinstall and still all blank.
The experience leaves you wondering why you are buying from Samsung when they can barely build a shop app.
