Hi @simonB55 , Not the experience we'd like to have for our customers. I know there's a 14-day cooling off period for things bought from our Online Shop: https://www.samsung.com/uk/estore/static/link_terms_and_conditions_of_sale/ but I'm unsure if Samsung Experience Stores follow that policy too.
If you'd like to, send a PM to our @Sam_UK account (https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1716597 )with more details (e.g. your name, purchase date, time and dates you've visited/contacted the store, who you spoke to, when, and what they said), and I'll see if I at least can get this fed back to the relevant folks at Samsung.
