Can anyone help?? I've got an S1 ultra from last February and have made 12 payments and ordered a new s22 ultra as per the upgrade program but Klarna are still wanting me to pay 2 lots of direct debits. I've been on chat with them and sent them emails but the don't seem to understand and keeo telling me to go to the store as their only the payment collecters

If Klarna Customer services can't clarify then check in the small print for your account and contact Samsung @Ibster101

@Ibster101: From what I can gather, you are required to return your S21 Ultra before MTR Group can settle the outstanding balance of your existing credit agreement. If you have already returned the handset, then the 2 payments will likely be related to your new credit agreement for the S22 Ultra, and the settling of the outstanding balance for the S21.
