I am currently eligible to upgrade my Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G via the Samsung Upgrade Programme. I am able to choose either of the models and storage sizes. It then takes me to the basket and adds the Starter Kit for Free. However, when I try and add either the 1 Year FREE or 2 Year PAID Samsung Care+ it keeps saying "Something went wrong". This has been happening for the past 4 days. I have tried various web browsers, data connections (WiFi and Cellular), on my phone, PC and MacBook and still the same issue. Is anyone else having this issue? Or knows how to fix it?

Are we sure that the old phone should appear in the checkout? I don't think it's our problem if it doesn't as long as the financials make sense.

The code is unique to you. But thanks for letting me know as I had one lying around. 😀

I know. Absolutely ridiculous. Although my confirmation now has no indication of my Note20 going back either.

My Note 20 Ultra now appears in the basket. Got to the final payment of the deposit and now it is saying "Something went wrong. Your payment was unable to process. Please try again or contact your payment provider.", yet when I look at my Online Banking, it has taken the Deposit Payment?!
