I am currently eligible to upgrade my Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G via the Samsung Upgrade Programme. I am able to choose either of the models and storage sizes. It then takes me to the basket and adds the Starter Kit for Free. However, when I try and add either the 1 Year FREE or 2 Year PAID Samsung Care+ it keeps saying "Something went wrong". This has been happening for the past 4 days. I have tried various web browsers, data connections (WiFi and Cellular), on my phone, PC and MacBook and still the same issue. Is anyone else having this issue? Or knows how to fix it?

A 'quick' chat to support chat and it's all in order. Obviously minus the care+.🙄

Unfortunately not. I must have registered another email address with Samsung in the past and they emailed me a code on unpacked day.

It's great to see that you are now able to get your orders placed for the Upgrade Programme (the website team have been working behind the scenes on a fix to the basket). Now you only have to count down the days until your Z Fold3 or ZFlip3 will be in your hands. We can't wait to hear from you what you think about them!
The website team are still working on adding the Care+ offer to the basket but as I've mentioned, you can place your upgrade programme order and claim this via redemption within 30 days of your purchase at https://www.samsungcareplus.com.
While the teams are aware that we are using this work around, if you do happen upon any problems getting your Care+, just let us know here at the Samsung Community and we'll make sure you get your gift from us (and the reassurance of cover for your new device).
