Upgrade Program - No Return Info

I had S21 on upgrade program which I upgraded to S2 Ultra. I received the phone early Monday but now pack to return the S21. You only have 7 days to return. Phoned Samsung today and they said that they will send me the pack. Anyone else had this problem?

It can take several days for the pack to arrive after receiving the new phone and rest assured you have 7 days to return the phone from the moment you receive the return pack not when you receive the new phone.

I have the same issue, received phone on Monday, no return instructions. Good to know it's not just me !

I called Samsung yesterday and got the pack in the post today.

I'll try and phone them again. I did try this morning but busy. Any idea which options to choose for the correct section ?

I think it was option 1. They took information and passed to upgrade programme team.

I've had exactly this issue. As there was no return instructions, I'm left with two upgrade monthly payments running at the same time.  Do I wait for the return pack or pester Samsung for an explanation?

@Shinty: Please see the instructions below, as noted in section 5.5 of the terms and conditions of the Upgrade Program. 

You will be provided with prepaid return packaging materials to allow for the safe return of your Existing Handset to MTR. Please do not return your Existing Handset in any other packaging, for example, your new Samsung Galaxy S Series handset box. You must ensure that the Existing Handset is sent to MTR within 5 working days from the receipt of return packaging materials in order to meet the terms of the Upgrade Programme. You must continue to keep up repayments on your existing credit agreement until such time we have confirmed to you that MTR has undertaken the inspection of your Existing Handset and we have accordingly settled the outstanding balance on your existing credit agreement. Failure to return your Existing Handset within the defined time period will mean that we will no longer be able to settle the outstanding balance on your existing credit agreement. You must then continue to keep up repayments under your existing credit agreement, as well as any repayments under the new credit agreement you have taken out for the new handset.

It has now been two weeks since I received my S22 but I still have no return pack.  Am I supposed to continue waiting, or should I now be worrying?
