Trade in issues: error occured with IMEI

Tried to purchase new S22 Ultra got to payment authorisation, I can see it request authorisation and went through they said had a error

 
I trade in old phone as part of the deal, so try again. But when I put in imei number is says that it the ImeI has already been used
 
Not one time has Samsung made buying a new phone without headache
 
I don't know what to do know any advice?

Sorry to hear that, mine seemed like it went through that's why I couldn't reuse my imei and confirmation took 4.5 hours so thought it hanldbt gone through

You may need to talk to shop support, sorry cant be more helpful and good luck. I hope you are able to order it on time

Had the same problem. Trying to reorder but getting an invalid error for the same IMEI i used the first time.

Hello how do i private message Sam? I need my IMEI reset to, ive been waiting for 3 days to have it reset and people have had theres done in a few hours.

Hi @Sam_UK , please can i have my IMEI reset so that i can use it for the order. It is still being picked up on a cancelled order and not allowing reuse. How do i go about sharing my IMEI so this can be done?

I ordered the S22 Ultra 256G model today, and gave in details of my OnePlus 7 Pro for a £340 trade-in, so far so good.

On reflection I decided to upgrade it to the 512 model due to a lack of SD expansion slots, so after CS told me they couldn't upgrade the order directly I cancelled the original and tried to reorder the 512Gb version.

Thus starts the sh!tshow 😞 What I feared was going to happen and what I said to CS that I was worried about has come to pass.

My IMEI appears to be blocked as it's associated with an order, albeit one that is cancelled and showing as such on the samsung website. It won't let me use the original IMEI I used and when I try to use the other one (7 Pro is dual sim) the 7 Pro doesn't even appear on the list of possible trade-ins any more.

I'll see if there's some sort of overnight batch run that might tidy up the IMEI blacklist, but why on earth isn't the IMEI blacklist tidied up at the original time of cancellation to avoid this exact situation 😞

Think you will need to wait until the cancellation administration is sorted out.
Give it a couple of days and have another go.
Only thing is, some phones are disappearing from the list now and if the oneplus is not showing anymore. That maybe it.
But give it time, clear your browser cookies and cashe. Try again

How do we send DM's? I'm in the same position after 5 days and still can't reorder as my IMEI is stuck on a cancelled order.
