Trade in issues: error occured with IMEI

Tried to purchase new S22 Ultra got to payment authorisation, I can see it request authorisation and went through they said had a error

 
I trade in old phone as part of the deal, so try again. But when I put in imei number is says that it the ImeI has already been used
 
Not one time has Samsung made buying a new phone without headache
 
I don't know what to do know any advice?

Same for me too

I suspect Samsung will need to do something from their end to actually release the IMEI number and allow for it to be re-entered when reordering

Looks like its a waiting game until they open again in the morning

having the same issue now. The lady I spoke with said it will take 7-10 working day after I'm refunded. I hope not.

No it doesn't take that long, just be patient, it got fixed in under an hour for me and for most others.. .

The same issue here, I was going for Samsung Finance for the new Ultra but ID verification, which was supposed to take up to 5 minutes, took all day; so I cancelled it. Now my IMEI is already used. I've already spent hours trying 😞

I think you need to understand for alot of people they don't want to lose the promo, so it's understandable

So telling people to be patient will just row people up, not being rude just honest
