Samsung Upgrade Program 2022 - Klarna service issues

I doubt I'm the only one but when trying to Upgrade my phone it looks like Samsung are having issues between themselves and Klarna again. 

Error: Sorry, you can't use Klarna for this purchase.

I've been in touch with both Klarna and Samsung multiple times... 

Klarna have reported no issues with their systems.

Samsung have said they are aware of the problem and are trying to resolve the issue. 

6 days and counting...


UPDATE: 
I was finally able to order my phone on 26th Feb 2022. 
Issues all seem to be resolved but the other thing I've noticed is Klarna go by your Delivery address rather than Billing address. I think this may have played a role in me not being able to go through with my upgrade. 
I just received a notification saying I should receive my parcel today (1st Mar 2022) but I wasn't expecting it till the end of the month.

It is a very poor response from Samsung and Klarna. I tried to buy a Samsung phone but sadly I've chosen the wrong colour. I returned the product on the same day but the agreement is taking ages to be cancelled. Nobody is able to do anything about it. The chat option is appalling, speaking with someone on the phone is not much better.

It will take Klarna some time to put it on their market. Apparently they are waiting patiently for the phone to Price to a reduce cost as they can't afford to put it on sales as Buy now pay later.

No exactly the same experience. Lots on Twitter too. Spent 45 minutes on the phone to the shop who checked my eligibility, which was fine. My clearscore credit is basically impeccable and klarna just blame Samsung shop.

Known problem said Samsung shop. Wait a few days then try again.  Pathetic.

So glad I'm not the only one with this issue. Never had this problem before when upgrading. I've tried multiple times and keep getting the same message.

This is a first for me too. I've been upgrading since they introduced the program and I've never had an issue in the past.

Let's hope it gets sorted soon.

Same issue. Samsung is 'investigating' but no resolution as of yet.

Klarna second line support has now offered me the chance to 'raise internal feedback for their product development team to provide a more robust solution'. I will hold back on this to see if they fix whilst upgrade window is still open 😉

It's not helping with Samsung emailing me daily asking me why I haven't upgraded yet!
