Trade in help?

I'm sending my phone off tomorrow with Royal Mail to have my phone traded in. However the letter says 

"Please ensure the Royal Mail Tracked 48 label is used to post your trade in device" 

But I don't want to send it 48 hour tracked, I want to pay for a service that will cover me if lost to a higher value. So am I still OK to write the label out and put this on?

They covered the 48 hour postage on mine with the new special delivery postage label. They left the address and the trade in barcode showing though.

I attached the label provided as this has the address. The special delivery sticker was attached over the barcode. The special delivery label was scanned.

Hi.

48 Tracked is only available online with royal mail.
You print the label at home stick it on your packet and hand over the counter and get a receipt.
I believe the cover is not that much.

Special delivery will cover upto £750 as standard and you pay a couple of quids Extra for upto 2500 worth of cover.

It's worth letting the clerk know how much insurance you need so they can input it and it comes on your receipt.

They will ask about lithium batteries just say Yes inside the phone and that's about it.

Do make sure your phone is packed nicely, ideally in a box, as screen damages are not covered.

You can ask for a silver special delivery envelope on the counter which is ideal as its temper proof.

Also make sure to go before 4pm if you want it next day.

I put label on it so they have address and details but upgraded to next business day, special delivery and recorded & signed for and insured for £750 and it cost about £8.50

Hi I just received my s25 ,after trade in my s23.the prepaid return label covers only £100 but Samsung said if I send item through special delivery royal mail it will be more secured and upton £750 insured.but if I send throught special delivery n pay from my pocket how come I can provide Return tracking reference??
On Samsung prepaid label return reference number is mentioned.

When I did my trade last year, I wrote down the address and reference number and then just stuck that to the parcel. It arrived with them two days later.
