Still no refund

Sent s23 ultra back quite awhile ago still no refund anyone else had this issue it's been received by Samsung as I have DPD receipt

You usually get a refund after 30 days I think it is if you purchased through Samsung
If it's passed this, maybe contact Samsung Customer Support

I did get in touch they said 24 to 48 hours still needs to be processed they said that was 48 hrs ago

Well it should get sorted anytime unless there's an issue

I've sent phone's back before and the refund has usually been around 30 days as @Glenntech touched upon.
