Cancelled order no refund after 2 weeks

I canceled my Samsung Buds Pro 3 order on 8/11 and I don't still have a refund to my debit card. I paid with Google Pay and see a refund item there but it's not hitting my bank.

What's up with that?

Hi, and welcome to the UK community

Generally it takes 5 - 7 working days, however, it can take longer. One of mine took up to 10 working days. So you're looking at tomorrow Friday if you cancelled on the 11th.

Contact Samsung customer services for your locale and ask them to confirm.

I take it the way you have done the date. You are in the US.
If so, you will probably be better asking in the community US
It works differently here in the UK
But definitely get onto Samsung Customer Support
