Anyone having issues upgrading? I keep getting a message you are not eligible, your next upgrade is 14/03/2021! Which is today! But I can't upgrade! I got the email saying the window is open

hi, I have contacted them, apparently there is an issue is the upgrade program but no one can give me any details on when it will be sorted!
