I've looked into upgrading to the new S22 Ultra 5G. However why are the colour options limited to the standard four colours and not the Samsung exclusive colours? I purchased the S21 Ultra direct from samsung for the grey exclusive colour you could only get from sasmusng and I would like to continue with the colour in the S22 Ultra which is an option when buying the device on the website but not through the upgrade portal. Anyone know why this is? Surely it makes no difference aside from wait time if we chose from a wider range of colours that are available?

Hi @Rybo1080, we can confirm that the custom exclusive colours, unfortunately, cannot be ordered through the Upgrade Programme. This is due to the 4 week deliver y time for these colours, which does not align with the terms of the agreement associated with the Upgrade Programme.
