Is there a way to contact Samsung UK (form, email etc?) without having to speak to their useless outsourced customer service.  Waiting weeks on a product, only to be told by customer service words to the effect of "tough luck, you'll have to wait", when i push them a bit they say it's their "distribution partner" that is the bottle-neck but the customer service team won't take it any further.  Surely Samsung UK want to know when their "partners" are doing such a bad job and from looking at this forum it seems to be regular occurrence!

I raised a complaint recently by calling their customer services and selecting the options to make a complaint.

Got a call back within 48 hours and issue resolved.

Samsung can clear off. Putting it nicely. Destroying phones with their ui6.1 update. Sneaky underhand and devious. My last samsung phone.

I had an S9 Ultra purchase cancelled by Samsung due to a stock deficiency. I was offered a voucher code to redeem if i purchased a different product, which i did. The code did not work before or after purchase. So i ended up paying full price for a product that was not my first choice. Disappointing service from such a reputable brand. I have Samsung everything but will now choose differently.

@JJ18JJ , Did the team who offered you the voucher code provide any info on its use (e.g. instructions, expiry date, any products it wouldn't apply to)? 😕

I feel your pain .. I called their customer service to cancel my order as Samsung had a sale one day after I purchased my tv . They said I wasn’t eligible for sale as I already order my tv . I told them I would cancel the order and reorder to the law price . The lady on the phone confirmed cancellation and then two days later my tv arrived . Now I have to pay £50 to return the TV.

Dear Samsung

My Z fold 4 had a manufacturing fault, that took me over a month to get resolved within warranty. Same problem has re emerged within a year of that repair. I'm refused to be assisted as warranty ran out last month. I understand if it's a new problem, but this is the same old manufacturing fault that exists either in the models or just my phone.
I'm a loyal Samsung customer since early days of smart phones, always bought the top of the range handsets. This is my departing message , the customer service and after sales services I've experienced are below par.

I will not recommend neither will buy one myself aagain

Fold series is top of the range and after sales on such expensive phones are terrible.

Honestly, I'm fed up with samsung. Next phone will be a google pixel
