Is there a way to contact Samsung UK (form, email etc?) without having to speak to their useless outsourced customer service. Waiting weeks on a product, only to be told by customer service words to the effect of "tough luck, you'll have to wait", when i push them a bit they say it's their "distribution partner" that is the bottle-neck but the customer service team won't take it any further. Surely Samsung UK want to know when their "partners" are doing such a bad job and from looking at this forum it seems to be regular occurrence!

@JJ18JJ , Did the team who offered you the voucher code provide any info on its use (e.g. instructions, expiry date, any products it wouldn't apply to)? 😕

I feel your pain .. I called their customer service to cancel my order as Samsung had a sale one day after I purchased my tv . They said I wasn’t eligible for sale as I already order my tv . I told them I would cancel the order and reorder to the law price . The lady on the phone confirmed cancellation and then two days later my tv arrived . Now I have to pay £50 to return the TV.
