Samsung rewards

Hii, why do i see my order in my Samsung account but i didnt get my reward points for that, I even use the member app often, So i thought i should get the points from purchases. (I purchased S23 and I thought i would get 10% back in rewards)

The rewards points if you signed into your Samsung Account when you made your purchase. They normally show up after 28 days.

If you've just purchased something then you don't see them straight away. Can take upto 30days for them to appear.
