Samsung Rewards.....what's going on?

Three days ago I recieved email from Samsung to say I was being upgraded to Rewards+ and would receive a 50,000 points bonus to use (worth £50)
24hrs later account shows as Rewards+ but no points (nor for recent purchase 6 weeks ago!)
Called Samsung (eventually found an option to speak to a human) and was told points would brake 4 weeks to update!
Yesterday recieve new email to advise i was being upgraded to Samsung reward Gold status, the new Rewards programme..... and would get a 10,000 points bonus.
This morning I see my account is updated already to 'Gold' and the 10,000 points jave been added.....
Not however the 50,000 from the original email and without any 4 week wait!
Does anyone on here know what's going on?
I appreciate Samsung have now dumped the original programme and replaced it with a 3 tier programme but seems I've been offered 'loyalty bonus points which are unlikely to arrive. Disappointing as 50,000 points means £50 to spend.
There's no point of contact at Samsung to raise this so if anyone else knows what's happening please tell me - thanks

It's a bit of a mess, I was put in the blue zone with no points given. My recent points i had collected was over 3,000 but now I have nothing as my orginal points had expired 1/10/24 how fair was that, not jumping for joy! 😂

I have this issue as well but no one seems to know whats going on .. I had the 10,000 points allocated after saying i would get 50,000 . I mean is this calculated on your spend over the last year ?

I assume so as I've spent close to £2000 in past 12 months......

I've spent close to 3k.. if I was a betting man, I would say the marketing team have truly messed up. The email distribution and said to everyone your getting 50k points when, in actual fact, you end up with 10k points

I had the same email. I logged a complaint with Samsung and they have given me a £50 voucher code. It took around a week for the voucher code to be sent.

See further comments, response recieved. However I dod try the chat service which failed miserably to offer any support.
