Samsung order delayed - Dpd delivery charge

Hi, I'm one of those unfortunate customers who ordered the S23 ultra on 1st Feb, then delivery was delayed. I paid £3.99 for delivery before 10a.m.on the 13th Feb.

Its now being delivered next week and my question is - will the £3.99 I paid previously be applied to this next order or will I have to pay again?

No it won't, you will have to request for a refund. But in my case as it was DPD's fault, I requested to be upgraded to priority delivery for free. This was after 4 failed attempts to deliver, when I waited in each day.
Just be really disappointed 😆

Did you check on the official app or webpage for DPD as to what's going on?

Yes, its OK. I've had notification of despatch and dpd have it now. Just unfortunately on the day it was due to be delivered I was going on holiday so have now had to rearrange delivery for when I get back. Bad timing!

I phoned and complained and they missed the next day thing and was given or offered when phone delivered

But phone delivery cancelled until 31st March
