S25 Ultra experiencing late delivery

I pre ordered S25 Ultra Titanium pink gold 1TB on January 27th. It moved to order confirmed same day. It has been there since then no change. When do you think I will be receiving it. Contacted Samsung support and they said it is at their warehouse getting sorted. Is there anyone like me here?

I was told mine was out of stock and waiting on stock allocation. I ordered the S25 ultra pink gold 1TB

I'm in the same position. It's samsung being lazy and not bothering about their customers. So I have given it till friday and after that I'm cancelling my order. Samsung will not tolerate suppliers sending them late parts why do I as consumer tolerate samsungs poor customer service and lazy attitude.

Latest by yesterday, received all the phone accessories but the unit itself is said to be delivered only on feb 20 the earliest. Let's hope still. 😀 Samsung KSA

Unfortunately don’t raise your hope. I just received a call from Samsung after an official complaint to the ministry. They don’t know even if it will arrive this month. Mine was supposed to be shipped on 4/2. So … Samsung been Samsung.

Very similar to myself, Ordered the Jet back 1TB S25 Ultra on the 27th of Jan but was given a delivery date of before March 15th.

Really not impress with the whole pre order experience, find all the discount codes you have to use confusing, I had to cancel and reorder a couple of times trying to work out what I was doing and to get the best deal. I now find it really frustrating that I have pre-ordered via Samsung but I now have to wait a month and a half before I get the device in hand.

I've had an email this morning (07: 26) saying that the S25 Ultra which I ordered for my wife's birthday last week, and which was due today, has been delayed until 08/05/2025.
They are going to lose the order because I'm damned if they are going to keep my money for 3 months. I'm also going to cancel the order for a new laptop (similar price range).
So they have lost around £2500 and any future purchases from Samsung which I might have considered.

Same just happened to me 😑 ordered in January and they've added another 2 weeks. Cancelled plans to be in for the delivery, so that's gone to s***e
