Yeah I put the watch code in and it wouldn't let me continue so I'm a bit pissed about that

They are not letting me put the code for 5%, so I used the code for the watch so annoying.

Try again. As the watch code seems the same for everyone. Its the £50 off code which is different. Unless the watches are out of stock maybe? Not sure. Try deleting history. And start again.

It said in the email the offer of the free watch was open until 25th January. Nothing about first come first served.

That is true. I have not checked the small print so not sure if it says "subject to stock availability/while stocks lasts" if it does not, I would get in touch with Customer Support.
