Cancelled by Samsung

Order was cancelled by Samsung for not passing security checks...

Tried to reorder but Samsung now say my voucher codes have been used even though order cancelled.

Very disappointed family after I told them they were getting the new s24

Did they specifiy what security checks? I would still get back to them about the vouchers, especially the £50 off. Many people have said Samsung did not give them a new code, but a £50 voucher for any future purchases on anything you would like.

No they said they couldn't give details. I asked about the vouchers and they wouldn't budge. Was planning on waiting and getting the s25 for myself next year but put off by this experience.

The cancellation of your recent order may take a few days to clear which then might release the £50 voucher code @danhayle
