No order update

I placed my order and paid extra to have it delivered in the morning on the 24th which was the date samsung gave me yet still no update on my order tracking just says confirmed, getting a bit worried now as I had this a few years ago and it took months before I got anything

The Samsung Web and customer support service is woeful. I probably won't buy Samsung again after the issues I'm having with the s24 order

Mine moved to preparing dispatch juat after I'd ordered last week.
A lot in UK have received their dpd notifications and emails this morning for delivery tomorrow.
I'd ring customer services.
Not sure if same this year but depending on what colour you ordered last year, there was a delay. Mine was 2 weeks later than expected

I spoke to customer service they said tomorrow is the date so it will arrive 🤷‍♂️

I received DPD notification at 7.30 this morning for my 24+ (ordered day after unpack event). A friend who ordered a standard 24 in green on the night got their notification through just after half 9 so possible they are still working through batches for release tomorrow

Normally (for me at least) it's a notification around 10pm at night from DPD to say they are expecting the parcel and then it comes the following day.
That's how it's been for me on previous years.

I've had my notification this morning so that's really early for them. I assume there are lots of orders to process so they're getting through them a bit earlier than normal.
I wouldn't worry about not getting a notification yet, could be anytime today.

You will only know when you get your delivery notification from dpd if in the UK, even though have heard of others getting there devices from other carriers last year

I can't check the status of mine, it just keeps spinning when I try to view it.
